Experience
About 3 or more years in demand generation, lead research, CRM operations, or B2B outreach, with real hands-on use of AI and automation to improve the work.
About the role
You will help us find and reach the right people across our brands and client programs, keep our customer records accurate, and run approved outreach. You will also use AI and automation to cut repeated manual work, and help the team work faster and more reliably. This role mixes hands-on demand generation with building simple,
safe automations and helping others use them.
What you will do
• Find the right companies, industries, and decision-makers for each campaign, and get correct, useful contact details from reliable sources.
• Keep our customer records complete, correct, free of duplicates, and properly tagged, following explicit rules.
• Run approved outreach by email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other approved channels, making each message relevant while following the approved process.
• Track replies and follow-ups, respond quickly, and pass interested people to the right sales, media, or delegate team so nothing is missed.
• Find repeated tasks, delays, and errors that AI or automation can reduce, and explain the problem, the fix, the benefit, and the risks before building.
• Build, test, launch, and improve approved AI tools and automations, and keep the right human review for important or sensitive decisions.
