3. To do departmental activities as per cGMP norms.

To give optimum productivity with subsequent improvement in it as per need, within specified time and quality by effective utilization of available resources so as to deliver the product as per market requirement.
5. To maintain department cleanliness.
6. To train subordinates.
7. To determine internal and external QEHS issues as well as needs and expectations of relevant interested parties and monitor the same.
8. To implement QEHS policy & objectives.
9. Ensure use of PPE.
10. To identify hazards & risk of defined process and control on it (Unsafe condition / Reporting of near miss, accidents)
11. To identify & communicate incidents QEHS non conformities, investigate and take corrective actions on the same.
12. To ensure work permit system during maintenance.
13. To participate and consult EHS activities to promote the EHS culture in the organization.
14. To implement QEHS continual improvement projects at site and monitor.
