Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Support end-to-end Lead Management lifecycle including lead capture (Web-to-Lead), data validation, routing, and conversion processes.
· Assist in maintaining and monitoring Lead Assignment Rules and ensure timely and accurate lead distribution.
· Execute marketing campaigns and support campaign setup in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
· Perform regular data quality checks, cleansing, and deduplication in Salesforce.
· Develop and maintain basic reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track leads, campaigns, and performance metrics.
· Support marketing analytics activities using UTM parameters and Google Analytics data.
