About you:
The Senior Software Engineer is a highly technical, hands-on role focused primarily on designing, building, and delivering production software. Rather than being a pathway into management, this position is intended for someone who wants to remain a deep technical expert with significant influence over architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable software across backend,



frontend, APIs, and integrations, ensuring reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Lead technical architecture and engineering best practices, driving code quality, CI/CD, testing, observability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and active participation in hiring to maintain a high engineering standard.
- Research and adopt contemporary technologies and AI-driven development practices, proactively addressing technical debt and contributing to long-term platform strategy.
