Job Title: Business Development Senior Specialist Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and energetic Business Development Senior Specialist Advisor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business and solution development activities, with a strong focus on designing, solution architecting, implementing, and integrating SCADA and MES/MOM solutions with SAP/ERP or Microsoft Dynamics and other systems. This role requires travel to customer sites and collaboration with global teams on a need basis

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business and solution development activities to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Design, architect, implement, and integrate Ignition SCADA and MES/MOM solutions with SAP/ERP or Microsoft Dynamics and other systems.
- Response to RFPs/RFQs and ownership of overall solution.
- Understand the features and capabilities of various MES/MOM platforms and determine the optimal platforms based on objective assessment b




- Manage end-to-end implementation of MES/MOM software such as Siemens OPCENTER, Delmia Apriso, FactoryTalk, etc.
- MES/MOM implementation solutions to encompass Detailed Scheduling, Production operations, laboratory information management, tracking, traceability and genealogy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Adept in understanding the implied and explicit needs of customers and translating them into tangible and tailored solutions, meeting with their desired outcomes
- Drive solutions design geared towards meeting manufacturing KPIs
- Travel to customer sites as required to oversee project implementation and provide on-site support.
- Work closely with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in solution delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve solution offerings.
