The Operational Resilience Senior Consultant (P3) – Resilience Pillars Integration is a First Line of Defence role within the Enterprise Resiliency Office.
The role supports the Operational Resilience and Business Continuity frameworks by working with key stakeholders across core resilience pillars to help ensure consistent, risk‑based resilience requirements are defined, embedded, and monitored across the organisation.
The role sits within a dedicated Pillars Integration pod, working globally alongside two other partners to support the integration of resilience requirements across the following pillars:
- People
- Premises
- Technology (including End User Computing and Cyber)
- Third Party
- Data
The Senior Consultant will partner with pillar owners, change management teams, and other stakeholders to support resilience outcomes, improve visibility of dependencies supporting Important Business Services (IBSs) and Key Internal Services (IISs), and assist in supporting compliance with Operational Resilience and Business Continuity requirements.
