Responsible for implementing and managing the JLL Health and Safety operations across a portfolio and for leading a compliance and training program that meets JLL, client and statutory requirements.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Health and Safety:
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and review policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe working setting.




- Provide guidance and support on safe working practices to site teams, contractors, and clients.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and propose corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences.

Environment:
- Monitor and assess the environmental impact of our operations and develop strategies to promote sustainability.
- Oversee waste management and recycling programs to minimize environmental footprints.
- Track and report on energy efficiency initiatives and implement measures to reduce energy consumption.
- Keep updated on environmental legislation and regulatory requirements, providing guidance and ensuring compliance.

Training and Communication:
- Deliver HSSE training sessions and toolbox talks to promote awareness and understanding of policies and procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver relevant HSSE communications and campaigns.
