Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic AVP - Software Engineering Manager to lead our Platform Modernization initiatives at GCC India. This role involves overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of projects aimed at enhancing our core technology platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
* Define and execute the technical roadmap for platform modernization,



aligning with overall business objectives and architectural principles.
