The Opportunity
As a Local Lead within Takeda's Innovation Capability Solution (ICS) center, your role is to provide essential leadership to our local team. You will be reporting to the Subchapter Lead or the Global Chapter Lead and will work closely with other Local Leads and Global Chapter Leads to ensure the smooth operation of the chapter, focusing on collaboration, skill development, and effective delivery of projects.
