Job Opening — Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller

Department: RCM Experience: Fresher / 2–3 Years Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Night) Location: Malad W, Mindspace
Education: Graduate B. Com, BBA, BA, BMS
Roles & Responsibilities
- ï· Call US insurance companies to check claim status and payment details.
- ï· Follow up on unpaid, denied, or partially paid claims.
- ï· Analyze denials and take appropriate action for claim resolution.
- ï· Document call outcomes and update patient accounts in the billing system.
- ï· Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required.
- ï· Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- ï· Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability




- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer proficiency — MS Office, typing speed
- Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts.
- Ability to handle feedback constructively and continuously improve performance

Salary - 25000-30000 per month
