YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a Director of Engineering - Consumer Experience to lead the technology organisation responsible for delivering exceptional digital experiences across Web and Mobile platforms. This is a horizontal, platform-level leadership role that sets the engineering direction, standards, and quality bar across all consumer-facing products for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business.
You will own the engineering foundation that product teams build upon, including shared platform capabilities, AI-native tooling, frontend standards, and delivery infrastructure. You will lead a lean team of senior engineers and a network of delivery partners to build fast, accessible,



and AI-native experiences that delight our consumers. You hold platform adoption authority and co-own the engineering quality bar across the organisation.
As PUMA continues to scale its DTC Engineering organization, our leaders are expected to be visible culture builders. These roles are office-based and require regular in-person collaboration to accelerate decision-making, strengthen team cohesion, foster innovation, and build a world-class engineering capability from the ground up.
