Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee OTC Cash Applications
This positions primary function is the accurate application of cash remittance either in paper wire or EFT (Electronic Funds Transmission) format to the customer receivable accounts. Accurate interpretation of remittance documentation and specific instructions to specific accounts is necessary to ensure the integrity of the Accounts receivable sub-ledger. The representative should be adaptable to change and willing to continue to pursue process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the cash application relieving of receivables and deduction creation of cash coming in through lock box and EFT with a target of 24 hours
