Job Overview:
LPL is seeking a Professional – Application Support Developer to join the Technology Operations Planning & Support (TOPS) team. This role serves as a critical Tier 2/3 technology support function, acting as an escalation point for internal help desks and development teams while supporting multiple brokerage and enterprise applications.The role blends application support, automation operations, development, and data analysis, with a strong focus on production stability, incident and problem management, process optimization, and intelligent automation. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically versatile, and comfortable operating in a rapid‑paced, SAFe‑Agile environment while partnering with Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders.
