Job Description

Key responsibilities
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and user experience designers to plan and design targeted information experiences in short release cycles.
- Create and maintain technical content for our platform, applications, services, and APIs.
- Build and apply content structures, taxonomies,



and metadata that help humans and AI find and understand information easily.
- Use analytics, search logs, chat transcripts, user feedback, and product usage data to identify information gaps and prioritize improvements.
- Apply AI-ready content practices and experiment with AI tools and workflows to improve how information is created, evaluated, and delivered.
- Actively seek and incorporate constructive feedback from peers, leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to iterate on and improve content quality.

Required skills and experience
- 5+ years of experience creating content for enterprise software applications.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to adapt or write code samples to illustrate how a feature works.
