As a Fund Servicing Analyst , you will be responsible for managing Transfer Agency operations across one or more functional areas including Dealing, Registration, Pricing, Cash, Reconciliations, Fund Implementation, and Dividends. You will oversee daily operational performance, drive execution excellence, manage risk and controls, and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client service while supporting strategic business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end operational workflow within Transfer Agency functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and client deliverables.




- Manage daily operations and control activities to ensure adherence to service level agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members and managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize team capacity through effective resource planning, workforce management, succession planning, and talent development.
- Ensure all operational controls, reconciliations, client inquiries, and exception management activities are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Monitor key performance indicators, operational metrics, and service delivery standards, implementing corrective actions where required.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, enhance client experience, and drive operational excellence.
