As a Product Manager in the TopTier team, you will own high-impact product areas, solve complex user problems, and build experiences that shape the future of qualified hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Execution
 Own the product roadmap for key areas of the TopTier experience, from strategy through execution.
 Define, prioritize, and launch impactful product features with a strong focus on jobseeker outcomes and business metrics.
 Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Business teams to translate product vision into high-quality customer experiences.
 Drive rapid experimentation through iterative product development—build, measure, learn, and continuously improve.
