You’ll be part of the Demand Generation team, leading content strategy and execution to support awareness, engagement, and conversion. Your core focus will be refining positioning and creating content that resonates with enterprise buyers across the BPO and CX space, primarily targeting North American audiences.
You’ll work closely with Campaign Managers, Brand & Comms, Sales, and BDR teams to develop high-performing, persona-driven content that supports the entire customer journey, from first click to closed deal.

As Campaign Manager, Demand Generation, You Will…

Develop and lead content strategies that align with campaign objectives, industry trends, and buyer needs across the BPO and CX ecosystem.
Create positioning frameworks that highlight differentiators and support sales conversations.
Deliver content across formats, landing pages, blogs, case studies, thought leadership, whitepapers, emails, and sales enablement materials.
Collaborate with Brand & Comms and Campaign Managers to ensure content aligns with voice, tone, and messaging consistency.
Optimize content across paid channels (Google Ads, Demandbase, LinkedIn, Meta, StackAdapt, Spotify).
Partner with Sales and BDRs to craft content that speaks directly to buyer pain points and supports deal acceleration.
Build and manage editorial calendars to support multi-channel campaigns and outbound initiatives.
