As an Analyst, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in supporting high-volume recruitment operations by managing requisitions, maintaining recruiting systems and data, and ensuring an productive hiring process. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to support talent acquisition initiatives while delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key responsibilities
Recruitment Operations & Coordination
- Manage and maintain a high volume of hiring requisitions with accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Coordinate recruiting activities,
including candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and recruitment-related documentation.
- Support recruiters and hiring teams throughout the hiring lifecycle to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Assist with internal mobility and promotion processes by coordinating approvals, documentation, and system updates.
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and internal talent databases to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with recruiters to support sourcing strategies for critical and high-volume hiring requirements.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruiting records through timely data entry, audits, and system updates.
- Ensure data integrity across applicant tracking systems and HR platforms.
