- Prepare and update baseline project schedules and monitor
progress.
- Track critical path, delays, and recommend corrective
measures.
- Consolidate site progress data into weekly/monthly management
reports.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Prepare
and monitor project budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Control and forecast
project costs against approved budgets.
- Review and certify subcontractor/vendor
bills and client invoices.
- Evaluate variations/extra works and prepare cost
impact statements.
- Prepare and finalize accounts with clients, contractors, and
subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit client invoices, coordinate for approvals and
payments
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Project, and
Excel-based reporting.
- Knowledge of any tools (ERP, SAP,
Zoho, or equivalent)
for billing, procurement, and cost monitoring.
- Robust understanding of geotechnical,
structural, and civil drawings.
- Strong communication skills
(written & verbal) to interact with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Leadership ability to guide site
QS/Planning engineers.
- Analytical mindset for cost-risk
analysis and delay impact studies.
- Problem-solving and
decision-making ability.
- Team player with cross-functional
coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously from Head Office.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and
preparation of measurement sheets.
