The Role
- Performance Tester to evaluate and ensure the scalability, reliability, stability, and responsiveness of applications under varying loads in CLS Settlement services.
- Should have strong experience in the banking and financial services domain with FOREX trading knowledge .
- Will be responsible for designing and executing performance and load tests to ensure our systems meet performance expectations.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools and frameworks, solid analytical skills,



and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Skills/Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of performance test experience in banking and financial services domain
- Hands on experience with Linux environment , Cron scheduler , Component Level performance validation and Analysis including RTGS Systems ( SWIFT , PayPlus, GMPlus and NetReveal applications)
- Experience in design and develop the Performance Test Artifacts .
- Enhance and debug the Load Runner scripts and result analysis .
- Contribute to non-functional requirement (NFR) definitions.
- Analyse test results against NFRs and identify bottlenecks in system performance .
- Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, Perl and Shell scripting.
- Hands on Experience on Defect management process (Jira) and Change Management Process .
- Define and maintain performance testing strategy, test scenar
