Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to join our Sales team and grow new business with key customers in the North-West Region. This role will be stationed in Bengaluru.
As a technical sales manager, you will be working closely with hardware engineering and purchasing contacts directly.



The ability to develop an expertise in XP's power supply products with an in-depth knowledge of our industry are keys to success.
> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sale Management
- Prospect and identify current customers and opportunities.
- Manage and retain existing customer to develop new programs.
- Assist customer in resolving technical issues.
- Listen and understand customer needs and requirements to differentiate our solution from competitors.
- Update and maintain Salesforce Database
- Follow up and update on Project status.
- Follow up with customers and update on forecast
- To follow through the sales process from order to shipment.
- Manage customer and get End use statement
- Create and adapt strategies to meet productivity and revenue goals.
- Visit customers regularly while building personal working relationships with key hardware engineering and purchasing contacts
- Identify the customers in your region which have a sizable spend in power
