Key Responsibilities

• Be the Founder's Execution Partner – Take ownership of converting key founder-led strategies into structured execution across all three ventures.

• Drive Cross-Functional Initiatives – Coordinate with ops, marketing, product, HR, finance, consultants, and vendors to move the needle.

• Solve, Not Escalate – Trusted to resolve operational and strategic challenges without pushing every issue upwards.

• Manage Special Projects – From Europe launch plans to AI product build-outs to P&L; optimisation in catering — own and drive mission-critical initiatives.

• Build Internal Capability – Drive process-building, hiring, and capability enhancement; work with external consultants when needed.

Track & Deliver Outcomes – Translate the Founder's goals into your goals. Expect clear accountability and autonomy.

Key Success Parameters

• Conversion of founder-led strategy into structured, time-bound execution plans across all three ventures.

• Measurable progress on cross-functional initiatives — with clear milestones and on-time delivery.





• Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently without escalation.

• Quality and impact of special projects managed (e.g. Europe launch, AI venture, P&L; optimisation).

• Stakeholder feedback on communication, influence, and collaboration effectiveness.

• Contribution to process-building and internal capability development.

Mandatory

• Engineering or business management degree (or both) from a reputed institute.

• 5–7 years of total work experience, ideally spanning at least one large brand and one or two smaller organisations.

• Prior exposure to startup or quick-paced growth environments — must be comfortable rolling up sleeves and figuring things out on the fly.

• Proven execution focus: ability to convert strategy into plans and plans into outcomes.

• Strong communicator with high EQ — able to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders without direct authority.
