Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized International Payroll Analyst with 3+ years of payroll experience to support the day-to-day operations of our global payroll function. This role will coordinate payroll activities across multiple international countries and serve as a key liaison between the Payroll, Finance, People Operations, and HR Business Partner teams.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing international payroll processes, partnering with third-party payroll providers, and ensuring that all employee changes and payroll inputs are accurately captured and processed within monthly payroll deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day administration and execution of payroll across multiple international countries.
- Manage monthly payroll cycles and coordinate with local and global payroll providers to ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on time.
- Serve as a key liaison between Payroll, Finance, People Operations,



and HR Business Partners to ensure all payroll-impacting information is communicated and captured in the appropriate payroll cycle.
- Collect, review, and validate payroll inputs provided by HRBPs and People Operations, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, bonuses, commissions, allowances, leaves of absence, perks, and other employee changes.
- Submit payroll inputs and supporting documentation to payroll providers in accordance with established country-specific deadlines.
- Review preliminary payroll reports and calculations for accuracy and investigate discrepancies before final payroll approval.
- Partner with payroll providers to resolve payroll issues, employee inquiries, and calculation discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain international payroll calendars and proactively follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure required information is received before payroll cutoffs.
