Support
the Business Development team in identifying, managing, and coordinating
resources/experts for bid submissions, ensuring compliance with RFP
requirements and timely completion of documentation, coordination activities
and Travel arrangements.
1. Source and identify suitable
experts/professionals based on RFP requirements for Metro and Mainline bidding
opportunities.
2. Conduct initial
screening and evaluation of candidate profiles to ensure compliance with
technical and qualification criteria specified in bid requirements.
3. Coordinate with
prospective experts to assess their availability, interest, and willingness to
participate in specific bidding assignments.
4. Share project details,
scope of work, and bid-related information with shortlisted experts through
email, and other communication channels.
5. Prepare, Format,
update, and enhance expert CVs by collecting missing information and ensuring
compliance with client requirement and bid submission standards.
6. Prepare consent letters
and coordinate with experts for obtaining signed consent forms and supporting
documents within stipulated timelines.
7. Follow up regularly
with experts through emails, calls, and messaging platforms to ensure timely
submission of required documentation.
8. Verify and validate
submitted documents, maintain document checklists, and track pending documents
of Experts for bid submissions.
9. Organize, categorize,
and maintain finalized CVs, consent letters, and support documents in
designated folders and repositories.
10. Upload and manage expert profiles and related
documentation in internal systems.
11. Upload and manage profiles in the Zoho portal.
12. Maintain and regularly update expert databases, master
trackers, and resource repositories to ensure accurate and readily available
information.
13. Coordinate and facilitate mock interview sessions and
interaction preparations for shortlisted experts.
