Role: Senior Associate – Dealer Relations
Reporting To: Head of Sales – Digital Business

KEY OBJECTIVE
Drive sales growth by building, managing, and optimizing dealer relationships while ensuring a seamless end-to-end lead funnel and digital purchase journey across recent car and bike categories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealer Network Development & Relationship Management
• Onboard and expand dealership partnerships across OEMs to strengthen the platform’s network.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealer partners.
• Continuously refine and communicate the value proposition based on market trends and dealer needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for dealer stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Lead Funnel Management & Conversion Optimization
• Manage the end-to-end lead funnel in collaboration with dealers and call center teams.
• Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implement corrective actions to improve conversion rates.
Dealer Data, Pricing & Inventory Management
• Ensure accurate and timely updates on dealer locations, pricing,



product changes, and new launches.
• Track and update dealer-exclusive offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
Execution & Delivery of Dealer Integration Initiatives
• Drive execution of initiatives aimed at creating a seamless digital purchase journey.
• Establish and operationalize end-to-end dealer network integrations for new cars and bikes.
• Enable full-funnel lead transfer and tracking mechanisms across partners.
• Ensure consistent delivery standards across dealer touchpoints.

Role Specifications

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.

Years and type of experience:
4+ years of experience in sales, dealer management, automotive sales, or lead management.

Technical Competencies:
- Strong understanding of dealer ecosystem and automotive sales funnel
- Data-driven approach to tracking funnel performance and convers
