Job Description

Requirements
- Experience : 5.5+ years
- Strong experience in HR technology, talent acquisition platforms, and enterprise HR solution design.
- Solid expertise in Avature configuration, including workflows, forms, fields, templates, user roles, permissions, security models, and platform governance.
- Proven experience in Design Consulting, translating business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions and platform designs.
- Hands-on experience with Avature Junction integrations, including API-led integration architecture, data mapping, transformation rules, orchestration, and error handling.




- Experience implementing and supporting enterprise Data Lake/Lakehouse solutions, with exposure to Sherlock Data Lakehouse preferred.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, enterprise integration frameworks, and data governance principles.
- Ability to align platform configurations with enterprise integration, analytics, and reporting requirements.
- Experience designing scalable recruitment, offer management, and onboarding solutions within Avature.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business and technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience facilitating workshops and solution design discussions.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM or other enterprise HR platforms is a
