Business Analytics Advisor
This position is responsible to lead and guide the team and is responsible for provide strategic partnership in analytics, identify and prioritize opportunities for impact, develop analytic solutions, leverage data science and technology capabilities, embed analytics-driven processes, operationalize and measure impact, to support decision making and execution based on data, facts and analytical findings across different parts of the organization. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep skilled knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership within Business Analytics but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.
The Essential Functions of the role include:
- Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Business Analytics assignments/projects.
- Oversees the team for analytical, quantitative,



and financial cost modeling for clients with varying lines of business including Commercial and EGWP lines business.
- Responsible for effectively communicating with Senior Leadership, SAM, Non-Specialty Leadership and other business partners in the delivery of ESI opportunities to grow and manage financial results, including the preparation of strategic internal and external directed presentations
- Ensure client contract compliance by reviewing financial performance guarantees
- Provide management of key internal initiatives and projects
- Participate in department and company projects
- Support New to Market/Pricing implementation team as needs arise

Qualifications
- 13 – 16 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, financial analysis, underwriting or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
- BS in Economics, Statistics, Finance or other quantitative area; MBA a plus
