Aviation is a global business operating in 55 countries within 4 global regions, safely providing fuel to over 200 operated sites and over 200 NOJVs. Our frontline operations can vary from a team of ~60 at a major airport through to a team of 2 at a general aviation site, and can be located in major cities through to very remote locations globally.

This role exists to ensure the consistent delivery of strategic business projects across Downstream Aviation Marketing, Strategy & Sustainability, with a particular focus on Business Excellence.



The Strategic Project Delivery Manager partners closely with global business leaders, cross-functional teams and vendor partners to define the right delivery approach, maintain disciplined governance and ensure projects translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.

The role requires a solid understanding of the bp and Aviation business, with the ability to structure and deliver practical business excellence solutions such as standardised ways of working, templates, process improvements, automation opportunities and fit-for-purpose technology enablement. The role applies appropriate project delivery, continuous improvement and change adoption practices to embed sustainable benefits for MS&S; and the wider global Aviation business.
