Lead the development, planning, execution, and post-event analysis of impactful marketing programs that fuel brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market growth.



Seamlessly integrate Monster’s core passion platforms—including Music, Action Sports, Gaming, and Monster Girls—to create authentic connections with fans and consumers.

Partner closely with Sales to embed marketing into key commercial initiatives, delivering disruptive, high-energy campaigns that strengthen brand presence, drive trial, and reinforce Monster’s position as the leading lifestyle energy brand. Continuously identify opportunities to elevate the consumer experience, amplify brand visibility, and generate lasting market impact.
