About the Job
We are hiring a Talent Sourcer to power the top of our hiring funnel as we scale our global healthcare innovation platform. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and build deep pipelines of exceptional talent that Redesign and our portfolio companies depend on. You'll work in an AI-innate by utilizing modern tools like to research, enrich, and evaluate at a scale and quality that traditional sourcing can't match.
What You'll Do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build a clear picture of the ideal candidate background, then translate it into targeted, comprehensive search strategies.
- Own top-of-funnel sourcing for internal and portfolio roles: market mapping, talent research, and search in order to build deep candidate pipelines.
