The Senior Specialist, Talent Rewards, Compensation designs, analyzes, and administers complex compensation programs that align pay practices with Zillow’s business strategy. The role partners with HR and business stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and day-to-day compensation support, ensuring our programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant.

About the role




- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using compensation survey data to ensure roles are benchmarked accurately and consistently.Participate in salary survey submissions and maintain survey vendor relationships.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and compensation tools to support HR and business decision-making. Analyze internal pay equity and external competitiveness, identifying trends and flagging issues for review.
- Support annual compensation planning processes, including data preparation, system updates, and reporting.Maintain and update compensation data in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Support the management of global compensation programs, including variable incentive program market evaluation and administrative operations locally.
- Manage and optimize AI-enabled compensation tools and platforms, including evaluating vendor solutions, designing workflows, configuring models or prompts for compensation use cases, and driving adoption across HR and business stakeholder groups.
