Position Summary

The Senior Vice President is responsible for driving sustainable business growth through new client acquisition, strategic account management, and long-term client retention. The incumbent will lead business development initiatives, manage key client relationships, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver creative, commercially viable experiential marketing solutions.





The role requires a strategic leader with strong commercial acumen, a consultative approach to problem-solving, exceptional presentation and communication skills, and the ability to translate client business objectives into integrated activation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across target industry sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead end-to-end pitch management, including opportunity assessment, solution development, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
