The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Tech Lead / Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of our AI-powered SaaS platform. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end technical architecture and execution,



while leading a cross-functional team of frontend (React.js), backend (Golang), and AWS DevOps/Infrastructure engineers. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with robust leadership, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned to product roadmap and business outcomes.

Work You’ll Do

Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Define and own the end-to-end system architecture (frontend, backend, data, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure)
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure solutions leveraging AWS cloud-native services
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and design patterns across the engineering team
- Drive architectural decisions for high-throughput AI/LLM-based processing systems

Product Delivery & Execution
- Lead execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features
- Break down business requirements into technical designs, epics, and sprint deliverable
