Requirements:
- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Urology (MD/DM in Urology) from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of post-graduation clinical experience in a hospital or urology specialty center.
- Proven experience in performing common urological procedures and managing acute and chronic urological conditions.
- Solid diagnostic, analytical, and decision-making skills with a patient-first approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical imaging tools.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to healthcare regulations.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule, including emergency on-call duties as required.
