Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong

relationships with premium architects and designers. This role is a hands-on position, focused on

individual sales contributions rather than team management. You will be responsible for driving sales

and market share by getting our exclusive range of high-end tiles specified in prestigious commercial

and residential projects. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical product knowledge,

and a deep understanding of the architectural and design process.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Architect & Designer Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with leading architects and interior designers in the region.
- Drive product specifications in both retail and commercial projects through effective engagement and influence.

2.Product Promotion:




- Conduct product presentations and design consultations for architects and designers to get Company's products specified.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of company's product portfolio and communicate its unique features and benefits.

3.IIID Collaboration:
- Actively engage with the regional IIID (Indian Institute of Interior Designers).
- Represent Company at IIID events and seminars to contribute to the brand's visibility within the design community.

4.Sales & Revenue Growth:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual sales targets and maximize revenue.

5.Market Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, current product launches, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

6.Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, project pipeline, and market feedback to senior management.
