Key responsibilities

Kinaxis Maestro / Rapid Response
- Take up the role of Technical Lead of the Kinaxis Maestro and other IT solutions in Supply Chain function
- Generate and report analytics on adoption of the IT solutions and value realization through the same
- Work with the business leadership to implement governance of the IT solution adoption to ensure high adoption of the solution
- Manage a team of external IT consultants who will be managing the application in Business As Usual mode.



Ensure the support team is meeting the service SLAs
- Work with the business stakeholders and external consultants in getting the required enhancements rolled out in Kinaxis Rapid Response / Maestro.

Process improvement through new digital interventions
- Partner with business leaders/stakeholders to identify process gaps, improvement opportunities and innovation opportunities in supply chain function
- Ideate the digital/ IT solution intervention, create solution roadmap and get the business case approved
- Work with internal IT team/ external partners / implementation Partners for rollout of the IT solutions
- Work closely with IT development, testing, and support teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of applications and enhancements
- Collaborate with the business team create and validate the IT solution
- Act as a change champion by facilitating user adoption, conducting UAT, and ensuring smooth rollout of current digital tools
