We are looking for an experienced Manager, Brand and Strategy to join our Marketing and Audiology team in India, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Audiology. In this role, you will drive sustainable market growth by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across our wholesale and retail businesses, strengthening our multi-brand channel strategy and expanding our Best Sound Centre network.
What you will do
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to accelerate growth of the wholesale business through a differentiated multi-brand channel strategy
• Define annual marketing priorities and investment plans aligned with business objectives, and recommend resource allocation across initiatives based on market opportunities and expected ROI
• Partner with senior leadership to support long-term strategic planning and business growth initiatives
• Lead strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen and expand the Best Sound Centre (BSC) retail channel, including identifying expansion opportunities across Tier 3 and 4 cities
• Partner with the Business Development and Optical Channel teams to expand alternative routes to market, including the government business, through targeted marketing initiatives
• Provide strategic direction to the Product Marketing and Audiology teams on market prioritisation, customer segmentation, and campaign execution, collaborating closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams.
