Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant to provide production support for critical manufacturing and planning operations, with a strong focus on handling P1 and P2 priority incidents. The role requires deep functional expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP), robust troubleshooting capability,
and the ability to resolve business-critical issues within SLA timelines.
The consultant will work closely with business users, cross-functional teams, and technical teams to ensure stability and continuity of production planning, execution, and related integrated business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support
- Handle P1 and P2 priority tickets related to SAP PP and ensure timely resolution within defined SLA/KPI targets.
- Analyze production issues, assess business impact, and drive immediate corrective actions.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions.
- Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, MM, QM, SD, PM, and integration teams for end-to-end issue resolution.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders during critical incident handling and support escalations as needed.
