We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in ITOM & ITSM to drive modernization efforts on the ServiceNow platform. This role is integral to designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT operations, automate workflows, and improve service reliability.
As a key member of the Cloud Information Services (CIS) team, you will work closely with architects, developers, and administrators to design and deploy scalable solutions while ensuring best practices in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and other ServiceNow product areas. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management, along with a solid background in automation, integrations, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ITOM solutions within ServiceNow, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB to enhance IT operations and asset visibility.
- Design and optimize workflows, automation, and integrations that align ServiceNow capabilities with enterprise IT strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity with external systems and cloud environments.
- Provide expertise in ITSM module implementations, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal, to improve IT service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units to analyze requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver scalable, high performance solutions.
- Drive best practices in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell), business rules, UI policies, and API integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, MID Servers).
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the CMDB, driving best practices for data governance, reconciliation, and automation.
