Title: Product Manager – Trade & Forex (TFX) ( Assistant Vice President / Vice
President)

Role
Objective:

To
conceptualize, develop, and manage new Trade and Forex (TFX) product offerings
across locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business
objectives. The role will focus on driving innovation in trade and forex
solutions, strengthening the bank’s franchise in the TFX domain, and supporting
front-line business teams in increasing transaction volumes and fee-based
income.

Key
Responsibilities:

1.
Product Development & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to design
and launch recent trade and forex (TFX) products within RBI and internal
policy guidelines.
- Develop and enhance products
such as Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), Trade Loans,
Inward/Outward Remittances, Structured Trade Finance Solutions, and Capital
Account Transactions.
- Conduct competitor and
market analysis to benchmark and introduce best-in-class TFX offerings.




- Prepare detailed product
notes, process documentation, approval memos, and coordinate with Risk,
Compliance, Legal, and Operations for approvals and rollout.
- Drive digitization and
automation initiatives to improve efficiency and client experience in
trade and forex products.

2.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Corporate
Banking, Consumer banking, SME, and Treasury teams to develop tailored
TFX solutions for clients.
- Work with Operations,
Compliance, IT, and Legal teams for smooth product implementation and
process alignment.
- Liaise with business teams
across regions to ensure consistent product delivery, training, and support.
- Provide product expertise
and guidance to Relationship Managers for deal structuring and customer
engagement.
