- The Automation Services Product engineering team member will be expected to work with peers in other regions and stakeholders to maintain a high level of service availability ServiceNow applications.
- Responsible for development, implementation, and on-going management of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) ,Third party risk Management ,processes using the ServiceNow platform.
- This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the organization’s risk and compliance requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
- Create and maintain risk dashboards, KRI/KPI reporting, and executive-level risk analytics
- Perform system integrations with upstream/downstream applications and data sources
- Lead platform upgrades, patches, and enhancement implementations
- Provide technical support and training to end-users across risk management functions
