Acts as the technical face of the sales team engaging prospective clients understanding their project requirements, and translating technical specifications into compelling proposals that move leads toward closure.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through site visits, industry events, referrals, and cold outreach to builders, contractors, and developers
Understand client project requirements (structural, material, or construction-related)
Conduct product/technical presentations and site assessments for prospective clients
Coordinate with the engineering/design team to validate feasibility of client requirements before quoting
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), technical specs, and comparative analysis documents to support the sales pitch
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads in CRM
Liaise with architects, consultants, and contractors to identify upcoming projects and tender opportunities
Follow up on leads,



negotiate technical/commercial terms, and support deal closure
Track competitor offerings and market trends in construction/infrastructure

Skills Required
- Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, construction materials, and project execution
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Basic proposal/costing skills (Excel, AutoCAD exposure a plus)
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
