About the Role
RHI Magnesita India Refractories Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Setting, Health, and Safety (EHS) Professional to join our HSE Department located in Dalmiapuram. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental standards within our sales division, contributing to maintaining a safe workplace and compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs tailored to the Sales division and overall corporate standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses,



preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international EHS regulations and standards.
- Provide expert guidance and training to employees and leadership on safety procedures, risk assessments, and emergency response planning.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing environmental impact and enhancing workplace safety.
- Facilitate communication with regulatory bodies and manage necessary reporting and documentation.
- Stay informed about emerging EHS trends, best practices, and legislative changes relevant to the industry.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an EHS role, ideally within manufacturing or sales environments.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, and standards.
