Robot Programming Engineer

Responsibilities

Functions to develop:





• Develop offline robot programs using DELMIA Robotics / Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Create, simulate, and validate robotic manufacturing processes for assembly, welding, drilling, sealing, painting, material handling, and fastening operations.
• Generate and optimize robot paths to achieve required cycle times while maintaining product quality and safety.
• Configure robot work cells, end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), fixtures, positioners, conveyors, and peripheral equipment within the 3DEXPERIENCE setting.
• Perform robot reachability studies, singularity analysis, collision detection, and interference checks.
• Simulate robot motion, process sequences, and multi-robot coordination to validate manufacturing feasibility.
• Develop and validate robotic process logic, task sequencing, and operational workflows.
• Support virtual commissioning activities by integrating robot programs with PLC logic and
