Job Overview
As an SAP QM Principal Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Quality Management solutions that enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance across our global manufacturing ecosystem. You will partner with business and technology teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that support quality planning, inspection, and control processes while shaping the future of aerospace manufacturing.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) implementations, from solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP QM solutions aligned with quality planning, inspection, and quality control processes.
- Configure and customize SAP QM functionalities within SAP S/4HANA to meet business and operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP QM with modules such as MM, PP, SD, PM, IM/EWM, and FICO.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend industry best practices for quality management.
- Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and stabilization activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM process issues while continuously improving system performance and user experience.
- Provide leadership and guidance to business users and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
