WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work closely with key digital marketplace partners as the clear owner of the relationship, driving joint business plans and performance. Internally, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams especially Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Analytics aligning priorities and execution through influence. You’ll also lead and manage a team, including both Nike team members and partner teams, to deliver results across India marketplace while working closely with India leadership and Singapore based regional team.

We’re seeking a commercially strong, data‑driven leader who can operate hands‑on today while shaping the future strategy and vision for Nike’s Digital Marketplace business across India.
You bring deep marketplace and platform experience, are comfortable owning performance in the details, and have the strategic judgment to think several steps ahead. You thrive in ambiguity, lead through influence, and are energized by building robust platform partnerships that unlock sustainable growth and premium consumer experiences.
Qualifications:
• >12 years’ experience in digital commerce, marketplaces, or digital retail
• Direct experience managing platforms such as Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon or similar
• Strong commercial, analytical, and operational execution capability
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization
• Experience managing teams and leading large cross functional teams
• Passion for sport and premium digital consumer experiences
• Bachelor’s degree required
