Role Purpose:

HR Executive – Labour Relations to manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labour laws, and maintain harmonious industrial relations within the organization. The role involves handling grievances, coordinating with unions,



and ensuring statutory compliance while promoting a positive work environment.

This position requires strong knowledge of labour legislation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Labour Relations & Employee Relations
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to address grievances and disputes
- Handle disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and conflict resolution
- Maintain healthy relationships with employees, unions, and worker committees
- Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives

2. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws such as PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, etc.
- Maintain statutory registers and records as per legal requirements
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and government filings
- Liaise with labour departments and external authorities

3. Industrial Relations (IR)
- Manage union interactions, negotiations, and collective bargaining process
