Your Role:
As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will lead the design, development, testing, and commissioning of Low-Level Controls (LLC) software for medium to large-scale automation systems. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality control solutions using Siemens PLC technologies while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project timelines.

What you will do/Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of LLC software using Siemens TIA Portal and Vanderlande's controls architecture.
- Develop PLC applications from scratch using Statement List (STL) programming.
- Design, configure, program, test, and document complex control applications and subsystems.
- Develop reusable control modules and enhance standard PLC software libraries.
- Create functional specifications and detailed technical documentation based on customer requirements.
- Apply engineering standards, software development procedures, and quality guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead system integration, validation, and testing activities involving PLC, SCADA, Safety PLC, and Equipment Management systems.
- Develop diagnostic, simulation, and emulation tools to improve testing and commissioning efficiency.
- Independently manage commissioning activities in collaboration with site supervisors and project leaders.
- Ensure complete and high-quality Service Take Over (STO) documentation.
