Role Description

Creative Director – Events & Experiences

We are looking for someone who can take an event brief from a blank sheet of paper to an unforgettable experience.

This role sits at the intersection of event conceptualisation, creative direction, client servicing and project management.

You should be able to understand what the client is really trying to achieve, crack the central idea, build the experience around it and then work with creative, production and operations teams to make it happen.





What You’ll Do

Event Conceptualisation
- Understand client briefs, business objectives and audience behaviour.
- Develop event themes, names, narratives and big ideas.
- Build the complete guest and audience journey.
- Conceptualise conferences, launches, award shows, dealer meets, MICE experiences, exhibitions and brand experiences.
- Translate a central idea across stage design, content, entertainment, engagement, technology and spatial experiences.

Creative Direction
- Create solid presentation narratives and pitch decks.
- Guide copywriters, designers, 3D visualisers, filmmakers, motion teams and content creators.
- Develop moodboards, references and visual languages.
- Ensure every creative element feels like part of one cohesive experience.
- Push ideas beyond conventional event formats.

Client Servicing
- Lead creative conversations with clients.
- Ask the right questions and understand
