We're looking for a Brand Solutions Trainee who is equal parts curious, culture-obsessed, analytical, and creative. You'll work closely with the strategy team to build: Brand strategies, social media thinking, consumer insights, GTM ideas, campaign narratives, pitch decks & presentations. If you love understanding why people buy, behave, follow trends, or obsess over brands, this role is for you.

Selected Brand Solutions Trainee day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Brand & consumer research:
1. Research brands, categories, competitors, and trends
2. Understand consumer behaviour & audience insights
3. Study internet culture, creators, and emerging conversations
4. Build market scans and inspiration boards

B.



Strategy support:
1. Assist in building: Brand positioning, content pillars, communication territories, campaign thought starters and GTM strategies

C. Social media & content thinking:
1. Support content strategy development for brands
2. Spot social trends, meme culture, and creator opportunities
3. Help with content buckets and storytelling ideas

D. Presentation & deck building:
1. Support in making: Client presentations, strategy documents, moodboards and insight-led decks

E. Campaign ideation:
1. Brainstorm campaign ideas, hooks, and cultural moments
2. Assist in writing concepts and thought starters
